Shipping Policy – Marshall’s Sky Gallery

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed with Marshall’s Sky Gallery.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, excluding Northern Ireland.

We do not ship to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • International destinations
  • BFPO addresses

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside of our shipping area may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Many of our products are made-to-order or printed on demand
  • Processing times may vary during busy periods

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK Mainland: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on:

  • Product type
  • Size and weight
  • Delivery method selected

Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Responsibility for delivery lies with the courier
  • We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or courier companies

6. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • The delivery address is correct
  • Someone is available to receive the goods where required

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Failure to accept delivery

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge additional postage fees for redelivery
  • Deduct original shipping costs from any refund (where applicable)

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We may require:

  • Photographic evidence (for damaged items)
  • Confirmation from the courier

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution in line with your consumer rights.

9. Checkout Acknowledgement (Important)

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your delivery address is located within the UK mainland
  • You understand that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland or international addresses

Orders placed outside of our delivery area may be cancelled.
